Thunder Ridge is a 580 acre planned community with 166, 2+ acre lots. The community contains a clubhouse, pool and ramada. The first 5 phases are sold out. In this final phase there are 12 spectacular lots remaining, with
unobstructed views to the Coconino National Forest. The community is governed by CC&R's and Architectural Design Guidelines. When a lot purchaser is ready to build, they will be required to install a well and septic. They will choose
their own builder and time frame.
